Projeto contemplado pelo Prêmio FUNARTE RespirArte.

 

MARÉ é uma obra coreográfica que surge como uma alusão às formas como abordamos e estereotipamos a natureza híbrida de se relacionar. Transpor as realidades do amor para a cena é o começo de tudo. Uma metáfora sobre a modificação, sobre os vários níveis, sobre as intensidades e profundidades desse sentimento tão complexo. Maré fala sobre os modos de amar. Problematiza através da dança discussões sobre gênero, questões raciais, alteridades e ainda a violência contra a mulher.

 

Com pesquisa iniciada em 2016 a partir do encontro dos solos Etéreo (2014) e Eu Fêmea (2015), MARÉ é a peça coreográfica que legitima a criação do CIDA – Coletivo Independente Dependente de Artistas. A partir de metáforas sobre o amor, os criadores, René Loui e Rozeane Oliveira evocam em MARÉ, um certo tipo de luto seguido de renascimento, em um híbrido entre esquecimento e novas perspectivas. Desde sua criação, o espetáculo já recebeu diferentes roupagens e conta com diferentes formatos para as exibição: Dueto, Intervenção Urbana e Versão Compartilhada.

 

Em 2020, com apoio da FUNARTE, através do Edital Respirarte, impulsionado pela perspectiva do enclausuramento recorrente da condição de suspensão social, MARÉ - VERSÃO SOLO é a mais nova performance solo de René Loui, desenvolvida durante a quarentena, como parte de uma série de experimentos de dança caseiras realizados pelo Coletivo Independente Dependente de Artistas na Casa Tomada, na cidade de Natal/RN. Em Maré, e nas demais obras que compõem a série, o performer evoca as dores, as agonias e as incertezas causadas pela frágil situação mundial diante a pandemia do COVID-19

MARÉ is a choreographic work that emerges as an allusion to the ways in which we approach and stereotype the hybrid nature of relating. Transposing the realities of love to the scene is the beginning of everything. A metaphor about modification, about the various levels, about the intensities and depths of this complex feeling. Maré talks about the ways of loving. It questions through dance discussions about gender, racial issues, otherness and even violence against women.

With research initiated in 2016 from the encounter of the soils Etéreo (2014) and Eu Feminino (2015), MARÉ is the choreographic piece that legitimizes the creation of CIDA - Independent Collective Dependent on Artists. From metaphors about love, the creators, René Loui and Rozeane Oliveira evoke in MARÉ, a certain type of mourning followed by rebirth, in a hybrid between forgetfulness and new perspectives. Since its creation, the show has received different outfits and has different formats for exhibitions: Duet, Urban Intervention and Shared Version.

In 2020, with the support of FUNARTE, through Edital Respirarte, driven by the perspective of the recurring closure of the condition of social suspension, MARÉ - VERSÃO SOLO is René Loui's newest solo performance, developed during the quarantine, as part of a series of homemade dance experiments carried out by the Coletivo Independente Dependente de Artistas at Casa Tomada, in the city of Natal / RN. In Maré, and in the other works that make up the series, the performer evokes the pains, agonies and uncertainties caused by the fragile world situation in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
